The Block C Crest is the layered mark. A raised PVC rubber emblem built around the Block C sweep with the COVELiFE script riding over it — two stars anchoring the corners of a shield-shaped crest that carries real identity without needing to explain itself.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet, but it’s something we plan to explore as COVELiFE grows.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Orders placed after daily cutoff times or on weekends will ship the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take a short time to update after your order leaves our warehouse.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours, checking nearby delivery areas, and confirming with neighbors or building management. If you’re still unable to locate your order, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Orders do not include pricing information inside the package, making them easy to send as a gift.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@covelife.com or submit a return request through your account. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. We recommend keeping your return tracking information until the return is fully processed.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item. If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order. This helps us get the right item to you as quickly as possible (and keeps inventory accurate).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We use lightweight, durable packaging designed specifically for apparel. Our poly mailers are made from recycled materials, printed with water-based inks, and built to protect your gear while minimizing unnecessary waste.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our mailers are recyclable where facilities exist and are designed to be reused whenever possible. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging responsibly based on local guidelines.
